Pengenalan Computational Thinking: Salah Satu Keterampilan Abad 21

Empat kompetensi abad 21 yang dikenal dengan 4C (cara berpikir, cara bekerja, alat bekerja, dan kehidupan) memiliki peluang besar untuk dicapai dengan bantuan teknologi. Sehingga computational thinking (CT) yang berkaitan erat dengan teknologi disebut-sebut sebagai salah satu keterampilan kunci di abad 21. Banyak pihak yang setuju, dikarenakan keterampilan ini berguna untuk semua bidang tidak hanya pihak yang berkecimpung di dunia komputasi. Maka dari itu makalah ini membahas dan mengeksplorasi hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan CT dalam Pendidikan. Dengan studi literatur ditunjukkan definisi dari CT, perbedaan CT dalam matematika dan CT di dalam ilmu computer, hubungan CT dan MT (mathematical thinking), serta tahapan/proses, penilaian, dan strategi pengajaran CT.
